Holiday 2024 Shipping Information
Complimentary Two-Day Shipping (Domestic)
We always offer complimentary FedEx Standard Two-Day shipping on all orders. This continues during the holiday season. Once your order is placed, it will typically arrive within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Sunday will arrive by Wednesday. We encourage early shopping to account for any potential carrier delays during the busy holiday period. Note: Shipping carriers may experience increased volume and weather-related delays.
Complimentary Overnight Shipping (December 1-22)
Beginning December 1, 2024, we will upgrade all domestic orders to complimentary FedEx Priority Overnight shipping to ensure your gifts arrive on time. Orders placed before 3 pm MST will be shipped for next-business-day delivery. Please note that orders placed after 3 pm MST will ship the following business day. We recommend placing your orders as early as possible, as carrier delays may still occur.
In-Store Pick-Up – Wrapped and Ready
Whether you shop online or contact one of our John Atencio boutiques, we can have your gift beautifully wrapped and ready for in-store pick-up. Important Notes for Holiday Shipping:
- Sizing Adjustments: Please allow up to two-weeks additional for sizing adjustments, which may extend the shipping timeline. Custom orders requiring significant sizing alterations may take up to 6 weeks. Refer to our sizing guides for accurate measurements, available at the bottom of the John Atencio home page.
- Signature Requirement: A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure the security of your package.
Holiday 2024 Returns & Exchanges
We are extending our return window for the 2024 Holiday season to give you more flexibility:
Extended Holiday Return Period
For purchases made between November 15, 2024, and December 24, 2024, returns and exchanges will be accepted until January 11, 2025.
Items Returned After January 11, 2025
Any returns received after this date will be eligible for exchange or merchandise credit only. Please ensure returned items are unworn, unaltered, and in saleable condition. Personalized, custom, and engraved pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
Standard Return Policy (Non-Holiday)
Online Purchases
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund. For returns received within 30 days, we offer an exchange or merchandise credit only. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and in saleable condition, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Personalized, custom, and engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases are eligible for return within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund, provided the items are unworn, unaltered, and in saleable condition, with the original sales receipt. Personalized, custom, and engraved pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Standard Shipping (Non-Holiday)
FedEx Standard Two-Day Air (Complimentary, Domestic Only)
Orders placed before 3 pm MST will be processed the same day and delivered within two business days. Orders placed after 3 pm MST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday. No deliveries on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. A signature will be required upon delivery.
FedEx Standard Overnight Air ($20, Domestic Only)
Overnight delivery is available for orders placed before 3 pm MST, Monday through Thursday. Orders placed before 3 pm MST on Friday will arrive Monday. Orders placed after 3 pm MST will ship the next business day. No Sunday or holiday delivery is available.
Delivery to Canada
We now offer shipping to Canada. All international orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details. Currently, shipping to destinations outside Canada is not available.
P.O. Boxes and Freight Forwarders
All orders require a physical address for delivery. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. We do not allow shipment to a freight forward address location.
