Standard Return Policy
Online Purchases
For online purchases, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns received within 30 days are eligible for exchange or merchandise credit only. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and in saleable condition, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Personalized, sized, custom, and engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
In-Store Purchases

Shipping & Delivery Policy
FedEx Two-Day (Complimentary, Domestic Only)
All online orders will be shipped FedEx Two-Day. Orders placed before 3 pm MST, Monday through Thursday, will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm MST, will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 3 pm MST on Friday, or anytime Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the following Monday. There are no Sunday or holiday deliveries. An adult signature is required upon delivery.
FedEx Priority Overnight Air ($40, Domestic Only)
Overnight delivery is available for orders placed before 3 pm MST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 3 pm MST on Friday will arrive Saturday. Orders placed after 3 pm MST, Monday through Friday, will ship the next business day. There are no Sunday or holiday deliveries. An adult signature is required upon delivery.
Delivery to Canada
Shipping to Canada is available. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient, and are in addition to our stated shipping costs. Shipping is available outside the U.S. to Canada only.
Sizing Note
Ring resizing and custom sizing on bracelets or rings will require additional time to custom craft before shipping.
P.O. Boxes and Freight Forwarders
All orders require a physical address for delivery. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. We do not allow shipment to a freight forward address location.
