For online purchases of our standard, non-personalized items, we accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. However, it's very important for you to know that personalized, custom, and engraved pieces are considered final sale, and we cannot offer returns or exchanges on these items. We do offer sizing adjustments if needed.

We offer complimentary in-store cleaning for the lifetime of your John Atencio jewelry, which includes our team checking that any stones are secure. For at-home care, we recommend our gentle jewelry cleaner or warm, soapy water for most pieces. Please avoid harsh chemicals like bleach, and store your ring properly when you're not wearing it. We also advise you to avoid wearing your rings during showering and strenuous activities.
Is there a warranty on our John Atencio Men's Signet Rings?
Yes, for the first 90 days after your purchase, we guarantee each piece to be free from manufacturing defects. If you present an issue after this period, we will consider the circumstances on an individual basis. Our warranty does not cover damage from improper care or abusive wear. We also offer an optional Lifetime Care Plan that you can purchase for more comprehensive, long-term coverage, which includes accidental damage and services like additional resizing.
How long will customization take for my ring?
For our custom signet ring designs, we estimate a lead time of approximately 4 weeks for delivery. This timeframe begins after we have confirmed your ring size with you. Please remember this production time is separate from the shipping time.
