General Shipping Information

FedEx Standard 2-day Air – Complimentary Shipping and Handling (Domestic Only)

Your order should arrive 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 3:00pm (MST). Please note that orders placed after 3:00pm (MST) Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive 2 business days after shipping. Saturday, Sunday, and holiday delivery is not available. To maintain the security of each shipment, a direct signature will be required by an adult for all shipments at the time of delivery.

  

FedEx Standard Overnight Air - $20 Shipping and Handling (Domestic Only)

Standard overnight delivery is available. Orders placed before 3:00pm (MST) Monday through Thursday will be delivered the following business day. Orders placed before 3:00pm (MST) on Friday will be delivered Monday. Every order is subject to review. After 3:00pm (MST) orders will be shipped the following business day. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. A direct signature will be required by an adult for all shipments at the time of delivery.

 

P.O. Boxes and Freight Forwarders

All orders require a physical address for delivery. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. We do not allow shipment to a freight forward address location.

 

Delivery to International Destinations

John Atencio now exclusively accepts international online orders from customers located in Canada. Taxes and duties will be included in your order summary. Delivery will take a minimum of five business days. For details on returning international orders, please see our international returns policy provided below.

Returns & Exchanges

Standard Online Return Policy (Domestic)

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your recent JohnAtencio.com order, we will gladly accept returns and/or exchanges of merchandise within 14 days from the date of delivery. For items received within 30 days, we will offer an exchange or a merchandise credit only. Every return must be accompanied by a sales receipt and must be unworn, unaltered and in saleable condition. Altered products are non-refundable. All personalized items, including custom and engraved pieces are considered final sale and may not be exchanged or returned at any time.

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment except for cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Your account will be credited for the original amount paid for the merchandise upon processing the return item(s). An email notification will be sent to you upon completion of the return. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Exclusions may apply.

 

International Returns (Canada only) - Outside the U.S.

At John Atencio, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Please note, we are unable to accept return shipments on any international orders.

 

Store Purchase Return Policy

Any merchandise purchased in store should be returned to the store where it was purchased. All return policies and restrictions apply.
